I work in the healthcare industry for a small charity. I'm keen to introduce a Health and Safety Management system which functionailty inludes incident reporting and the ability to carry out an audit and track corrective actions through to completion.

I'm keen to receive feedback on systems currently in use, particularly in the healthcare sector. The company I used to work at have Datix, which although its a great system it's going to be too expensive for us as a small charity.

I currently use a system called The Action Manager - not sure how applicable it would be to your industry but it is fairly easy to use and very cost effective for small businesses (£1 per month per user; minimum £20 per month). They offer a free 3 month trial so you could always try it to see if it could work for you.
