@£158M, I doubt that is the last word.
There are probably quite a few people looking-on nervously. Good.

I do not know the background in this case so I will not comment but after working since the 60's and managing a recruitment company for many years at one period I have found that its interesting to note that whilst the IR and NI areas go after businesses/people, and rightly so where businesses are fiddling, it appears that they are interested when the average person is involved yet directors and similar benefits are not addressed e.g. on a construction site all the day to day site 'operatives' [ I hate the word operative] are looked at very carefully re tax and insurance but many others, even H&S people, who may be deemed as apart of the professions are not looked at in the same way even though they are all working on the same job?
just a comment

I think it's a fact of life that the authorities normally go for the soft target. We have seen many multi-national organisations who avoid paying tax, wealthy individuals who use off-shore accounts and others who use so-called charity trusts to avoid paying their dues.
