Good afternoon

Does anyone have a template for a quarterly H&S report they would be willing to share? I have all the data etc but was looking for a template to save me some time, deadline later this week. Not to worry if not

Thanks in advance

Strange request. Surely you have an idea what your stakeholders might want; if not ask them!
Every organisation has different requirements: in my previous job the accountants were taking over so they wanted graphs and numbers(even if they were obtain in subjective way. They wanted it to look objective). Earlier the CEO wanted stores about what we had do e in the last six months with nice pictures. Just make sure you give them what they want.

My template is just a set of headings between which I insert the contents (as bullet points, tables or graphs according to what they are). I can't fathom how such a template would be useful to someone else or would save them time. You know what your contents are, so just put a heading above each bit of content. Editing someone else's headings wouldn't be any quicker than typing your own. Or am I missing something?

My quarter reports are very basic and designed to highlight issues that have occurred over the previous quarter. They include any changes or issues which effect us as a company. These meetings are attended by the managing director and quality manager. Pretty informal to be fair. I guess all companies are different in the requirements needed
