I'm looking to create is a legal register which includes Physical security which includes intruder alarm, CCTV and ATM security, Access control. The type of buildings are administration. I am looking to populate a register with the following information for these topic areas.

Type of equipment
Frequency in which that equipment should be inspected/maintained
Legal reference or standard or CoP document title
What documentation should be kept to prove compliance with the reference document - i.e. inspection records, test records
Who would complete the maintenance or inspection
Should that person have any licence of qualification or accreditation
