Following on from another post where someone is suspicious of HSE motives.
Does anyone here have experiences of being charged?
Have concerns been realised?

There are statistics published by the HSE that show FFI charges have increased every year. No direct experience but I think the average charge is about £550 so small change on a lot of construction/building projects.

When it was announced there were visions of inspectors roaming the country loooking for i s not dotted and t s not crossed as a money making scam.
It would appear we (and by default we must be employed by the better companies) have no example of good or poor use of FFI.
