Hi, Apologies if you have already seen this, but I only found this through IOSH Construction Group on Linkedin. The answers from the HSE have certainly helped me further cement my understanding of CDM2015. I thought it would be worth shareing on this forum for other that may have missed this. http://www.iosh.co.uk/Me...-Questions-Answered.aspx Regards, Stewart

Hi Moss, The information on CDM2015 provided by the HSE during the Q&A is very interesting, as I believe it signposts the way the HSE expect CDM2015 to be implimented. I see the outlines of a slimmed down ACoP in these answers. This is the first time that I have seen confirmation in writing of how the HSE visualise the Principal Designer role fitting into D&B contracts. It is also interesting the tone of the answers provided surrounding clients use of CDM Consultants/ Advisors. Stewart

The information is identical to the HSE Construction Infonet Monthly HSE eBulletins since May 2015, but glad to know that it has been consolidated. Anyone can sign-up to receive the bulletin by e-mail May Bulletein http://content.govdelive.../UKHSE/bulletins/1069056 June Bulletin http://content.govdelive.../UKHSE/bulletins/10b46d6 July Bulletin http://content.govdelive.../UKHSE/bulletins/111707d

Thanks Jay, I am registered for the bulletins, but I have missed these updates (holidays and rush to clear e-mails). I agree the collation of this information in one place is helpful. Regards, Stewart

It is easy to miss out the e-mail bulletins as they also have a lot of additional information other than the FAQs'
