UK employer sends employee to work in Holland, suffers horrific double leg fracture whilst working as a result of a physical attack by an employee of the host company. High quality live TV recording of the incident is readily available.
Does the UK employer have any duty to report? If so, to whom.
What duties does the Dutch employer have in relation to this injury?

You don't have to report to HSE if it is out of the country at least that is my understanding.
The police would be my port of call.

Ron I would suggest that your response be COSHH assessed as all the BS in it probably contains lots of enzymes, bacteria and disease.
