Hi Andy To try to keep consistency in the PRI scoring system IOSH have keep the core questions the same for some time now. This is about to change, IOSH are reviewing this at the moment. It is possible to find out the core questions if you dig about a bit, but why should you. If you have reached the peer to peer interview stage you should now have the ability to answer all the core questions, there are no trick questions, the panel have a copy of your presentation and R.O.E. in advance and will try to draw out your own skills and experiences when they ask you the core questions and may use supplementary questions to draw you out even more. The panel are looking for examples that you have been involved with to cover you answers, for example if they ask you to explain what a risk assessment is, give them a technical answer then an example of a risk assessment that you may have done or been involved in compiling. Remember the interview is all about you so use the word "I" a lot. Good luck with your interview, and let us all know hoe you get on.

Yes you get asked the core questions which lead to further questions, you could be asked the same question a few times, just keep calm be yourself. The panel will guide you it is a quick hour. Best of luck.
