Has anyone come across a regulatory requirement stipulating DCD attendance at one annual fire drill?

Apparently there is a raft of information that needs to be provided to DCD along with an annual fee.

I have not been able to put my hands on any specific regulatory requirement that specifies this (UAE Fire Code & DCD's website).
