Invictus, I have already commented on another post. However I believe the changes will produce more prosecutions and higher penalties for offenders, especially custodial sentences. I actually contributed to the consultation process and one of my observations was that too often the focus is on the outcome as opposed to the inherent risk. It is good to see the risk will now be an important aspect of the offence.

Ray, nust of missed the post were this was referenced, I was actually surprised as I thought it hadn't been referred too. No big deal made yesterday on the news just running across the bottom of the screen. No to try and feed it back to the director and managment in a way they understand! Now that's a task in it's self!
