We as PC started a project due to last 25 days, not notifiable by any of the usual criteria. Due to circumstances beyond our control the project will now run into a notifiable one due to the length of worked days. We are losing a minimum of 8 hrs per day for our workforce of 4 operatives due to access issues in a high secure unit. What should our next step be with regards to HSE notification ?

You simply have to put a notification in and put a comment on it as to why it became notifiable.

This may not be notifiable. Check the Regs again - less than 20 workers.....

No access= no construction work= no overrun in terms of notification. It's only the end date that's shifting.
