Does anyone have experience with a Virtual company re their H&S responsibilities? In particular I'm looking for RA required for home working plus the employers responsibilities to their employees working from the home including First Aid requirements? The employees sometimes have to travel and use own vehicles. Thanks all.

Hi Gillzlloyd, Reverse the logic, ask yourself what control the employer has on the employees home its fixtures or fittings etc., does the employer supply any work equipment - if not, the employer may have less responsibility than you think. On the issue of using private cars for business purposes - the usual applies, driving licence checks, MOT checks and the necessaary business use insurance, hope this helps. Pete,
