Do you mean exempt from a prosecution, or exempt from HASAW?

For fire safety legislation, the Parliamentary Estate (like all Crown premises) is most definitely covered by the Fire Safety Order in all ways, although of course, Her Maj cannot prosecute herself! However, Crown Censure and other penalties are available -

Ah see we can get rid of all this cumbersome H&S legislation, whoa wait, why did the lights go out.

There you go plebs at work cannot get anything right ah well off to the strangers bar as least the beer is hand pulled no need for electrickery in there.

Trust the poor chap is ok and is well looked after by the NHS, MM!
