Hi All

I looking for some easy to use software, that will allow me to record my Company accident/incident rate, and take into account the average number of employees.

Thanks in advance.

Microsoft Excel.

Just type in the data and the formulas and copy across for each time period.

Kate is right and it is easy. Getting employee numbers and hours is only difficult if your HR /Wages dept are unwilling & unhelpful.

do what I do:
first find a nerd (easy to spot around the office).
Tell em what you want to achieve
Let them apply it to a spread sheet
Get out a pencil and paper and confirm their results with "long hand" maths.
