Hi Guys,
Iv'e recently changed job role to facilities manager, are there many FM's on here?
I'm struggling to understand the service frequencies on the lifts over my portfolio. I thought I understood however it turns out that I don't.
I have passenger lifts, Goods lifts and Dumb Waiters, I also have one small disabled lift that elevates around three steps.
I had the understanding that there is a LG1, LG3, LG5, LG10 with 6 monthly insurance inspections in-between. Are the 6 monthly insurance inspections actually every 12 months as the LG's would cover them or are they totally different inspections?
Does anybody have a comprehensive guide to understanding this?
