You didn't say, but you could try searching for IEMA, they run a basic online course - so you can have a qualification. I took it, it is very basic, but having low confidence and being dyslexic I chickened out of taking the online exam as I had nobody to ask questions to. Nebosh don't teach about the environment a.f.a.i.k. Hope this helps.
