Does anyone currently use an online DSE management package within their organisation? Which one do you use and is it any good?

In a previous role I used Cardinus-not a bad system- it allows you to print off reports and keep track of progress and changes

I have used Assessrite (Posturite) in the past. Users complete an e-learning course with assessment at the end and then do a self-assessment of their workstation. I think they offer a free trial.

Recently started using Praxis 42's system, it does pretty much everything you would want including thorough but enjoyable user training and testing as well as the workstation assessment, and it keeps records well, on the downside it's not quite as flexible to get statistical reports out of as I'd like. It does have a neat dashboard that tells you how many people haven't done their assessments yet and so on.
