I don't understand the question. The cost of PPE, as with all other expenditure, is set against sales income/other revenue and employers pay corporation tax on their net profit. Also, if registered for VAT, the same process applies. So yes, the normal accounting processes allow them to 'claim' tax relief on PPE costs - just as they can for all their other costs.
