I'm presuming you are talking about the H&S Touch Screen Test required to obtain a card. If you are there isn't actually a course that you attend for this you simply self study the revision materials and then book to sit the test. All tests are done in English but see this link (bottom of Page) for details on getting a voice over in other languages.
