Hi

I personally find Childsplay very limited. It explains why we do things wrong in an interesting way, but if you look at the Manual Handling Regs guidance on manual handling training there is a lot more you need to train. Plus, children's techniques are not that good!

I would recommend the FPA video which is more rounded and looks at realistic situations, some anatomy and some injury causation.
