The same Martin Temple who lead the review into the HSE a few years ago and suggested they pursue a more commercial path as an organisation. I would consider this is an appointment that is clearly marching ahead with a self funding or even profit making HSE.

In his defence the report actually rejected going as far as privatizing elements of the HSE. But that was a few years ago now.
