Our employees are supervised by the client on the clients site, how does that impact on our duty of care to our employees and do we need to do anything different?

Why isn't the employer supervising their own employees. Its an duty to look after them. Ceck out the recent failing by Balfour Beatty. No supervision!

Not much context here, supervising what, is it high risk, what has been your input, why is the client providing supervision? In answer your other question, you still have all the legal and civil duties as an employer regardless of what your client is doing.
