Probably overkill, I've been asked to look at the risks involved with neodymium magnets.
What is to be installed in a product is a small disc magnet, because of their strength I've found that they may affect pacemakers and subject to the magnetic strength the product may not be shipped by air.

My question is - Is there anything else I should be aware of?
From an Internet search there seems to be very limited info applied to MSDS sheets stating there may be a handling issue from dust - anything else?

Also because of their high attraction strength there a possibility of a small pinch injury.

I think you've covered the "health" side.

Consider people's mobile phones, watches, monitors, etc.

Also they can be a real pain to separate or get off a work bench etc. so be alert for kitchen cutlery and other improvised tools being used.

So James mobi's should be ok. The first pair of figures are the strength measurement in either Gauss or Tesla, the other figures relate to distance to be kept away from an object, ie, pacemaker.
