The HTM states that fire safety training should be face to face in the NHS at least every 2 years - an onerous task. Does anyone actually adhere to this, or are you flexible and state that staff can use e-learning.

E-learning can only be used once and no member of staff should go without training by the fire safety adviser in a two year period. E-learning can only be used as a temporary measure.
