Dear all
can anyone advise on what DSE training competence training constitutes? is their a recognised course?
what is classed as training eg the use of online systems out in the market? or a tool box talk that relates to WRULDS correct posture set up etc

There are many courses out there. As with most thing H&S related it is up to you to decide what you need for your workplace. There is nothing prescriptive on this.
Every course will claim to be the best. Online works well if you have a lot of staff spread widely. You can get free trials for these courses, so you can have fun finding the right one for your organisation.
Alternatively, you could deliver the training yourself, if you feel confident.
You could upgrade your own skills with specific training. RoSPA and City & Guilds, among others, do this.
