Slightly off topic, I once experinced four labourers on site from somewhere in Eastern Europe, one spoke broken English, the others did not understand English at all.

I gave them the induction training and the English speaker translated for the others.

They were employed because they were cheap but they were very hard workers and no trouble at all on site.

Thank you Ionut for your PM.

FS101, that is the current situation but we are not convinced that this is an adequate process, hence my request. The workers are doing a very good job and are doing it safely and with adequate health protection measures but my client and I would find it difficult to verify that adequate training has been given and received.

Top man Ionut.

I had an applicant for a job come though the other day and his name was Bacour Ionut. But unbeknown to me the spell checker on my PC changed it to "Betty Iron Nut"

Not nice and i was lucky i spotted it when i printed the letter out!

just thought it was worth a chuckle
