In response to a short article on the latest iosh magazine (july issue), regarding hands-free mobiles are as hazardous as handset use, I would like to share with other IOSH members about this extreme example, which is actually happening in Hong Kong on a daily basis, and quite frightening that this is not atypical behaviour of some cab drivers over there. Interestingly, the regulatory agencies in HK have done nothing about it, and I also wonder if the HK branch committees would look into this.

I think NASA ran the moon landings with less equipment than that!
