A spectacular phenomenon of cab drivers' behaviour in Hong Kong

In response to a short article on the latest iosh magazine (july issue), regarding hands-free mobiles are as hazardous as handset use, I would like to share with other IOSH members about this extreme example, which is actually happening in Hong Kong on a daily basis, and quite frightening that this is not atypical behaviour of some cab drivers over there. The video clip is a Facebook posting (as on 20:20 hours, 10th July 2016), accessible by public via this link: https://www.facebook.com...ideos/10154306315735996/
I expect this extreme example may generate an immense interest to IOSH members whom are into driving safety training and assessments. Interestingly, the regulatory agencies in HK have done nothing about it, and I also wonder if the HK branch committees would look into this.

:) Unbelievable!
It looks as if he is a taxi controller and cabbie in one?
