Hi all,
Have a bit of an issue with poor loading bay management and want to speak to the manager of the area and give him some best practice guidance.
Some things are obvious, such as trip hazards due to poor house keeping, pallets being stacked too high carry a risk of toppling and also having them increases chances of arson.
However on of the major issues is disused plastic crates similar to what bakery produce is delivered in and old electrical items. The plastic crates are not stacked to high at the moment but are restricting vehicle access in a much as vehicles at the moment have to drive closer to the access/egress area due to them being in the way.
Does anyone have any advice re good management of these spaces?
Thanks

Don't like to state the obvious but if the crates are disused (obsolete?), I would simply ask them to get rid of the crates altogether. I wonder if the plastic is recyclable? If so, could use the green argument too.
