We tend to save h&s related records for an infinite amount of time, however after finally acknowledging that space could be put to better use we are going to put some to archive. Does anyone have a list they'd be prepared to share, which gives specified periods they be kept for? It would be extremely appreciated.

(and related documentation)
• Risk Assessments
• OH&S Meeting Minutes

Records will be kept for the following periods;
• Occupational Health (where applicable)
Hard Copy 40 years
• Site specific Information

• Risk assessments (Manufacturing)

This ties in with our QA ISO 9001 control of record too.
Hope this helps
