Good day all. I'm new here. I just wish to enquire, how do you guys communicate with foreign workers in toolbox talks?

Bsod, fortunately for me all our "workers" are required to have a good standard of English, even iof they are not native speakers. I have worked with SHEP ies who have a mixed audiences and they rely on good visuals and practical examples. You may pick up some useful tips from the waste industry who apparently have a high proportion of non native English speakers. On the odd occasions where I have had audiences with ESOL I use simple humorous clips like Napo to reinforce a point. It does depend on the subject and the nature of the audience what works best
