Can anyone tell me where I can get a template form for this? I have trawled the web but cannot find one that I think would be suitable for blind and partially sighted people. thanks

A swift google search found lots, one set is http://www.lboro.ac.uk/s...emergencyevacuationplan/ there is a danger in using other peoples templates that something specific to your site may be missed, use them with care.

That could be because the principle of a PEEP is to assess the 'individual' needs of a vulnerable person. A GEEP for the blind and partially sited is incongruous with that principle on the premise that not all visually impaired people have the same degree of impairment.
