Any views on risk rating NCRs from audit findings or is setting NCR levels with timebound CAPA planning preferable? Welcome feedback.f

Baron, Classify your non-conformances as per audit findings, usually: Non-Conformance - Major Non-Conformance - Minor Opportunity for Improvement Priority should be top down. Corrective and corrective actions (as they are now known) should be based on risk (ISO9001:2015). Hope this helps.

I would go for time bound CAPA ( Corrective action and Preventive action) planning for your NCR's ( Non Conformance Reports) of your management system. Giving them a rating only gives you a ranking which you could use to decide who quickly / the order they need to be resolved. Just as well decide that from the start on a NCR by NCR basis. Chris

oops that should be how not Who Also agree you need to state if they are Major or Minor, but still then need to put a reasonable time frame for the actions.
