Hi Guys I am just trying to establish what we need to do legally regarding the above with regards inspections etc. What do other organisations do? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi I suggest you review BS EN 62305. It is my understanding we only have LPS on properties above 4 stories and these are inspected and tested annually.

Thanks Ray I just want to ensure that we need to be doing this every 12 months ...which I think is the case without having to read the standard

Testing is required every 11 months. Try a google for best or omega in relation to lightning protection
