Rank: New forum user		Do construction work in Gibraltar fall under CDM 2015, and if how do I go about Notification? Duty Holders: Client, UK, Designer & Principal Contractor is from Spain?

Rank: Super forum user		CDM only applies in the UK and Gibraltar is not in the UK but it will have equivalent legislation.

Rank: Super forum user		A quick glance suggests that the CONSTRUCTION (DESIGN, MANAGEMENT, HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE) REGULATIONS, 1998 are in force in Gibraltar. Look very similar to CDM 1994 and require notification to the competent authority.
