Good evening,

I am hoping for some direction n where I can obtain advice on loading bay safety for a small manufacturing company without docking bays. Space is extemely limited so I am struggling to find solutions to the layout problems.

Any help/advice would be appreciated.

A simple option to improve safety is having a long LED lighting strip on the floor of where a truck reverses into your factory.

Erecting a metal 'scaffold' pole barrier to segregate the truck from the pedestrian workforce.

Having several members of staff able to act a banksmen, to direct trucks into and out of your factory.

Painting yellow loading boxes on the ground, so the drivers know where its safe to stop.

Alternatively, move your factory, to a better location, sounds like you've grown out of it.
