Training requirements for staff based overseas

Hi all, Could do with some advice. I am looking to provide some basic training for a small number of staff based overseas. These employees are mainly office based with a few mobile sales reps. My basic training for our equivilent staff in the UK would be manual handling, DSE & driver awareness. The staff are foreign nationals working for us in their own countries. I was thinking of trying to find e-learning solutions for staff based in France, Sweden and Poland. Has anyone any experience of this? Also, what would be the applicable standard? would it be to meet UK legislation or their own countries? Any advice would be greatly appreciated Thanks Gazbut
