With respect, this is a discussion forum - not a free-for-all jamboree.

Awesome. And we wonder why people are apprehensive about asking questions on here......?
Welcome Roy. You can find a source of hopefully helpful advice here: http://www.hse.gov.uk/catering/

I think that the issue with the original posting is that
some users of the forum assume it is intended to provide a supply of ready-made
RAMS which people can copy and apply in their own workplaces. Risks assessment
does not work that in that way. A risk assessment has to be “suitable and sufficient”,
which means for one thing it should be specific for the situation that exists
in that workplace. It would therefore be unprofessional for people to share actual
risk assessments, without understanding fully what the work involves. We can
provide advice and guidance usually with a smile, but not actual documentation.

Indeed - agree wholeheartedly, but surely there was a better way (& more polite) of letting the OP know this. Perhaps he wasn't sure what he was asking for in the first place or how to ask for it - we know that not everyone on here is an H&S practitioner. Anyhoo, onwards we go............

Again, with respect, the OP was not asking for advice but for documentation. I am always happy to give advice and I have provided many documents in the past via these forums. However, as a previous poster has commented, providing RAs which need to be quite specific is another matter. Besides that, people make a fair living by providing these type of documents.
That said, I did not realise the OP was a new user to the forum and on reflection my post was bit terse, for that, I apologise.

I'm happy to help you Roy. always happy to help a new person. Sunstone, well said. Protectionism at its best by some. How else is the op supposed to learn if we don't help him, guide him (nicely).

Thank you Chris. A valuable lesson learned, i need to be more specific in the future as i am merley looking for some guidance as to what to think about, not an actual document for me to pass on. Thanks all :)
