Does anyone have a matrix of PPE with the current applicable UK standards they could share?

It's not entirely clear what it is that you are asking for here?

The selection of PPE should be based on the findings of a risk assessment. The one size fits all, matrix approach really doesn't work. I'd suggest taking a look at the guidance below.
