Hi John - I had a similar problem at the end of last year and couldn't login at all. I had to get in touch with Webhelp@iosh.co.uk who explained it was due to the updates made to the site. Part of the update was that the system needed a date of birth filled in and mine was not on the system (obvioulsy wasn't required when I orginially set my account up years ago).

Once they added this for me I was able to access everything again. The IOSH team were very quick, professional and efficient in getting the issue resolved.

The fact you were able to post the query here in the first place suggests you've already gone down the same route I did but if anyone else is having similar issues then hopefully my response will help them get it resolved too :-)

thanks 1 user thanked grim72 for this useful post.

Interesting.  I don't have a DoB option in profile and it errors for me.  Workaround is log in on main iosh page and come back to forum.

As Grim72 says, give Webhelp a call. Also, a work-round can be used by logging in and out from the Home page in the interim.

I do know that the Moderating team have also spotted this one and have been advised it has been added to the Developers snagging list, but I am currently uable to give a status update.

To be more precise...NOW when I click "LOGIN", I go to a screen blank on the top...

But I got around it by typing: WWW.IOSH.CO.UK/LOGIN to get the login screen.

The "WWW" is necessary....why I know not!!!

Also have the same issue at home with Chrome and Windows 10.
