The opening post is too vague. Most genuine new posters start off with a brief resume/why they want to get into h&s etc.
As regards the photo, ever heard the term 'click bait'.

It wouldn't surprise me, if you did an image search, if it came up in an online library of generic female pics.
Time will tell, if the OP doesn't respond, I think we will have the answer.

Definately Spam If you serch the image on Google it comes up to a dating website

The photo is the give away to the posting being spam.
Every h&s guy I know (with the exception of me) - has a beer belly, wears a tweed jacket, drinks real ale and has an interesting collection of model trains (Hornby '00' scale).
I can't image a 20yr lady being interested in the above hobby.
