Can someone clarify for me that a intermedaite hand rail  should not exceed 470 mm from the top rail. Toe board heights for both construction and non-construction shall be suitable and sufficient. i.e. no prescriptive height although 100mm is the policy line for an acceptable height.

Hi, Yes the intermediates must not exceed 470mm.
