Hello,

I'm developing an emergency response / re-entry process for our engineering. This process would be used after an area has gone into Co2 high alarm and would cover area entry, determining where the leak is and Co2 reinstatment. I have tried to research (google) best practice however material appears to be lacking. I was hoping for some input to ensure my process is robust and suitable.

Thanks in advance

A great deal will depend on what the source of the CO2 is, how much there is, and how you will stop it from leaking. Could you give us some more detail?

My experience is in dealing with nitrogen leaks -  a leaking bottle (11 cubic metres or thereabouts) is a very different matter from a line fed from a reservoir of 40 000 litres of liquid nitrogen.
