Morning folks, I have a query regarding supply of office chairs.  We run the managment of an ice hockey arena but we share the venue with several contractors and the security contractor supply staff to man the security control room.  The guys go through and awful lot of office chairs, its manned 24/7 by 2 men most of the year so appreciate that chairs get used and abused.  Query is who would you guys deem responsible for supplying and maintaining these chairs the venue management or the security company the guys work for?

Thanks Brian

It depends on the contract details, which hopefully will specify the areas of responsibility of the two parties. If not covered, I suggest you'll probably have to reach a specific agreement, e.g. perhaps based on which party supplied the current chairs?
