Hi All

We have just purchased a fleet of brand new works vans. One of the drivers who suffers from a pre-existing  back complaint and has stated his new van is exacerbating his situation - causing more pain etc. Apart from risk assessment, health surveillance, seeing the Company Doctor etc. is there any specific guidance I can refer to.

There are a lot of things on the market which can be retro fitted to seats to help with back pain. Have you spoken to the guy about the exact type and location of the pain? My first stop would be the halfords website!
