Like contracts... not worth the paper they are written upon. Frivolity aside disclaimer for what? Web-Site, e-mail, specification sheet, MSDS, contract tender..... You need to be a bit more specific as to what you wish to disavow knowledge, culpability or liability for.

I am not sure what your disclaimer is for but just a word to the wise in general. If for example your disclaimer is for a contract... For example, "you are awarded this contract on the basis that any customer claims after the work is completed become your sole responsibility and any compensation must be paid by your company" this would be inadmissable and unenforceable because it was signed under duress, in laymans terms "you can't have the contract unless you sign this". I am not saying that is what yours is for, but just abit of advice just incase.
