The BBC rates the chance of "Health &Safety Officers" being replaced by robots in the near future as over 50%. Not so funny now, eh? I quite liked https://xkcd.com/688/ which reminds me of most H&S 'accident stat' graphs I have seen, re: degree of pointlessness.

There are some very accurate medical diagnosis apps and the structure of questions would not be very different.
