I know some may say this sort of thing goes on every day but I think this is worthy of a mention.
On my local TV news last night there was a film clip of three workers who were removing cladding from a building in Salford.
Bear in mind this work follows health and fire safety errors.
A portable access tower was positioned near to the work area, the work platform was way too high and the workers were not on the tower but on a ledge, no fall protection at all.
One of the workers was seen to be accessing the tower beneath the work platform, inside the structure, despite a perfectly installed access ladder integral to the tower.
