Hi All,

I have just started a new job and I was hoping for your help with regards to legal registers. The company I am working for have offices throughout Asia and Europe as well as the UK. My question relates to implementing and maintaining a legal register. How do develop a legal register that takes into account any local laws/regulations that will apply? Also how do you maintain it? In previous roles I have made use of Croner/Barbour. Do they do a simular thing for international safety regulations?

Thoughts/suggestions on your experiences would be much appreciated.

Thanks

I have a template that I give out for free.  Email me at contact@cantiaci.com and I'll send one out to you.  It may be of use or it may not.  It is in Excel.  Also, please note I won't try to sell you anything else.  I made this mistake of offering something for free on Linkedin once and got 14000 responses.  Anyway, I digress - the register is free to anyone who wants a copy.

If you sign up and pay for ENHESA, they have legal registers the world over.  They are expensive but they are also very good.  I don't work for them by the way, just a regular customer.

I don't work for ENHESA either but they are excellent - there are as they say other services available who are equally good, you need to look at a few to find one that suits your business model because it is easy with these things to end up with something that is way more than you want or need and therefore doesn't get used.
