has anyone expereice on the controls requred with Fuel storage ( temp max 12months)
i have been asked to review the inspection routine on 250,000 ltr Diesel x8 storage pillow tanks.
and nothing is in place.. which wasnt a supprise.
all well bunded and protection in place as i would expect, but the integrity aspects are lacking.
im sat in Russia at the moment on a Drilling rig site so just looking for a bit of direction if anyone can help,

Have a look at the OGP - Oil and Gas Producers Association website....as a start look for OGP 434-3 Storage incident frequencies. It will give you a decent start... Any more give me a shout ..
