Hi, I'm trying to locate store and shop fines and prosecutions, is there a site where this information is stored apart from the HSE site?

Shops come under the control of EHO / LA, not the HSE, so your local city council is the place to look as they employ the EHO / LA

They should all be on the prosecutions and notices data base which is accessed from the HSE website but is not an HSE populated site.

I'm afraid you're not going to get a simple and easy data source on this.

http://www.hse.gov.uk/lau/prosecutions.htm

The HSE do request and collect such data from the LA's who, as advised above, are the one's taking such action, but they only report in it in general rather than specifically.
